Meet Ange, Founder & Clinical Director

I'm Ange Hoffman, and I started NaviSleep because I've been the patient who didn't fit the picture.

For more than 20 years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, I've helped people understand their breathing and their sleep. Yet when my own symptoms started, they didn't look like the "classic" signs of sleep apnea. Getting answers meant a single night of testing, on equipment that didn't capture what was really happening, and results that left me with more questions than I started with. I knew something was wrong. I just couldn't prove it.

I do have sleep-disordered breathing, and it has become worse since perimenopause. So whether you've been told you snore loudly for years or you're simply exhausted and can't explain why, I understand. I've been there too.

Most sleep care follows the same path: one night of testing and one standard solution. For some people that works. For many others, it doesn't. Symptoms that are easy to spot can still be hard to treat well, and symptoms that are harder to spot can be missed entirely. Everyone deserves a closer look and more than one option.

That's what NaviSleep is for. We offer multi-night home sleep testing, so we see how you actually sleep, not just how you slept one night. We take the time to understand your story, look for the root cause, and walk you through your choices with honest, unbiased guidance. You won't be rushed, and you won't be handed a one-size-fits-all answer.

Outside of work, I'm a mom, a masters softball player, and a baseball and volleyball coach. Whether I'm on the field or in the clinic, I believe people do their best when someone listens, believes them, and shows up for them.

At NaviSleep, we're here to do exactly that. Wherever you are in your sleep journey, whether you're just starting to ask questions or you've been searching for answers for years, you're in the right place. Your symptoms are real, answers are possible, and you don't have to figure this out alone.
