What to expect after referral:

We will:

  • Contact the patient directly to coordinate testing

  • Provide multi-night at home sleep testing

  • Arrange physician interpretation

  • Conduct a virtual consultation to review results and discuss therapy options

  • A summary report will be sent to you and shared with the patient’s care team as appropriate, including prescription request if appropriate.

  • Refer the patient to the clinically appropriate, prescribed, and patient-chosen therapy pathway.
